Rooted Energy signifies my love of nature, which symbolizes my attachment to this earth, respecting all the elements that connect to those roots, which are essential to their/my growth. Within this growth and journey, I am able to share this knowledge and gift with others to aid them with their journey, encouraging them to grow and learn they have the ability to heal themselves and help them to find the tools to do so. I believe that dis-ease and illness is related to the disconnect we have with ourselves, our surroundings and not nurturing ourselves in the areas we need to.

 

My path in life changed in 2008 when I took my first Healing Touch course. After that I learned to love myself and found the zest in life I was searching for. In the Fall of 2011, I became a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner. I’m an empath through and through. An empath can sense the truth behind the cover and will act compassionately to help that person express him/herself, thus making them feel at ease and not so alone. With this gift I am able to connect with my clients on an emotional, non-judgmental level. I help to guide clients through some of the struggles they face, giving them the encouragement to release these emotions/blocks and grow from them; this empowers clients to reconnect with their inner/higher self in a loving manner and find the peace and direction they may be searching for.

Along this journey I am constantly growing and developing skills. I love to learn therefore continuously adding to my toolbelt to become that best practitioner I can be for myself and my clients.
