Dive into a traditional yoga practice! This practice is intended for students to have moments of reflection, time to connect ot their breath and body while holding each āsana (pose). Reflective questions are offered which the students will journal about after each āsana.  This class commences and ends with Savāsana, as well as Savāsana after each āsana. Yoga is a journey of self-transformation, join me to deepen your journey.


Yoga-Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a state of deep conscious deep sleep. Yoga-Nidra is a self-transformative practice. This practice helps to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Doing one hour of Yoga-Nidra can be compared to four hours of regular sleep. If you are looking to be more present, manage stress, find clarity and deep relaxation this practice is for you. 

In a one-on-one session, we will dive deeper into your practice. Assistance with developing your Samkalpa (an idea or notion formed in the heart or mind, a solemn vow of intention), learn more about your resilience zone and development practices to bring you back into your resilience zone. You will also receive a recorded Yoga-Nidra practice that is individualized for you.

Guided Visualization Meditation promote deep relaxation while enhancing your spiritual journey. They are written to take the client on a journey which is intended for the client to find the answers they seek within themselves. All answers to our questions are within, this helps you go within.
