HEALING TOUCH

Healing Touch is an energy therapy derived from the ancient art of hands-on-healing.
It is facilitated through heart centered compassionate intent to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Lucinda combines all her trainings together in a session which includes Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, and Qigong Energy Balancing.
Healing Touch is non-invasive, and influences the human energy system, specifically the energy field that surrounds the body (also known as the aura), and the energy centers (Chakras) which control the flow from the energy field to the physical body. Healing Touch may also be facilitated with no touch contact (hands off). These noninvasive techniques employ the hands to clear, energize, and balance the human and environmental energy field, thus affecting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Correcting and removing the blocks and congestion which form in our energy fields (aura) and energy centers (Chakras) facilitates healing of the body, mind & spirit.
Once imbalances and disturbances are cleared, the energy centers and field will resume its task of integrating body, mind and spirit to restore health and promote well being. This prevents future issues by restoring balance, which could potentially result in illness if left alone. Healing Touch is based on a heart centered, caring relationship in which the practitioner and the client come together energetically to facilitate health and healing. The goal is to restore balance and harmony in the energy system by placing the client in a position to self heal. Healing Touch, without the use of pharmaceuticals, is extremely beneficial when integrated with traditional and complementary health care.
Healing Touch promotes relaxation, reduces pain, decreases anxiety, tension and stress, strengthens the immune system, speeds tissue and bone healing, soothes acute and chronic disease, enhances spiritual development, restores balance and harmony in the energy system.

INVESTMENT: $110 for an hour, in person or online
(sliding scale is available, I do not turn clients away due to financial restrictions.)
Home visits are also available for an additional $20.00 within city limits. ​
ROOTED JOURNEY
Dive deep into the roots of your being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Within this three-month commitment, you will be provided tools to help you deepen, grow, expand, and connect to your soul-centered journey.

Each journey is individualized to each client and ingrains/develops a spiritual and self-care practice.

The Rooted Journey includes:

Bi-Weekly Guided Visualization Meditations (recorded)

Investment for the Rooted Journey is $650. Don't hesitate to contact me for payment plan options and we can discuss payments. This is mostly done virtually unless the client wants to come in for in-person energy work.
PAST LIFE REGRESSION
This Past Life Regression Therapy was developed and taught to me by the renowned Dr. Brian Weiss.
In a Past Life Regression Therapy session, I will guide you through a deep relaxation and regression method. Due to the type of session some clients may not always get to their past lives in the primary session, but they may have a spiritual experience. This session is done in a safe environment and the client is in complete control of the session. Not only does Past Life Regression sessions help to feed that curiosity it broadens your perspectives, can give insight into relationships and help create healthier boundaries, understand recurring dreams, it may help with physical illness and emotional wounds, may help you understand your life path, diminish the fear of death, increase value in self-worth and self-esteem.
